Comprehensive Needs Assessment for 6-12 Grade Students

Dear Parents/Guardians of MS and HS Students,

The school district will be conducting a school climate survey for students in grades 6-12.  I have provided that survey for your reference.  This survey is called the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and it is a requirement for school accreditation.  The surveys are all anonymous and will not gather any personal information.  The surveys include questions about safety, respect, fairness, communication, opportunities, price, success, encouragement, likes and dislikes, etc.  The survey will give us feedback as to areas for school improvement.  This survey will be given the week of January 6^th at school.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots.
